Alexander Hamilton's 1791 Report on the Subject of Manufactures isn't always included in his list of many accomplishments; it's not even included in the Broadway musical. But many of the ideas Hamilton included the landmark document still impact our economic policy today. As the report marks its 225th anniversary on Dec. 5, Alliance for American Manufacturing President Scott Paul looks at its incredible legacy, and the lessons it can teach us today.
